Before embarking on my career in Real Estate I enjoyed a 15-plus year career in the Music & Radio Industries as an Executive Record Producer, an ON-AIR PERSONALITY, DJ and Programmer in multiple markets - including Providence, Boston and syndicated on more than 75 stations across North America. After getting into Real Estate over 10 years ago I eventually became the Creator, Executive Producer and Host of the popular REAL ESTATE 101 Radio Show from 2006 until 2008 on NEWS/TALK 630 WPRO. |

Coming out of my creative, fast-paced and contract-driven role in the Music Industry was relatively seamless as I entered the creative, fast-paced and contract-driven world of Real Estate. I developed original marketing techniques that set my business apart from my peers. | |
But I didn't reinvent the wheel. I simply latched on to the best ideas and combined them with the proven promotional tactics of my past. The system that I created allowed me to offer superior service to my clients - no matter how unique their property – or their tastes for property – might be. |

By the end of 2004 I realized many personal goals as a REALTOR®and happily completed the rewarding transformation from Award Winning Record Producer to Award Winning Multi-Million Dollar Producer!! Since then I have provided hundreds of hours of
public service and Real Estate advice to tens of thousands of people through my
radio broadcasts, my work with various local charities and my information

In 2007 I formed a partnership with my good friend, Attorney Stephen Germani – and so began BLACKSTONE/OCEAN Properties!!Along with my good friend, Stephen Antoni, I welcomed a variety of colleagues and professionals onto the airwaves to help articulate issues that surround the process of buying and selling Real Estate in, and around, Rhode Island. Plus... we had lots of laughs along the way.

After selling the show in 2008 my focus is now clearer than it has ever been. It may sound corny to some, but I truly love what I do and I take immense pride in my work. On October 1st, 2007 I happily embarked on a new phase of my career... and by doing so I'm now open to a whole new UNIVERSE of possibilities!!
